Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 375.
Step 2
Place eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese and black pepper into blender. Purée until smooth





Step 3
Grease inside of silicon muffin cups; place the silicon muffin trays on cookie/baking sheets.
Step 4
Layer asparagus, salmon bits, cream cheese (I pinch the pieces slightly to cover over the ingredients), and scallions inside the muffin cups





Step 5
Bake for about 20-23 minutes; until center no longer appears runny and edges are just starting to turn golden.
