Place eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese and black pepper into blender. Purée until smooth

Grease inside of silicon muffin cups; place the silicon muffin trays on cookie/baking sheets.

Layer asparagus, salmon bits, cream cheese (I pinch the pieces slightly to cover over the ingredients), and scallions inside the muffin cups
