Ingredients

noodles
sesame sauce

2 Tbspsesame paste

2 Tbsppeanut butter

¼ cupwater
hot, pasta water

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspapple cider vinegar

2 Tbspsesame oil

3garlic cloves
minced

salt

white pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, peanut butter, hot water (or pasta water), soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. If your sauce is too thick, add more hot water until you achieve your desired consistency.










Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until the noodles are evenly coated.
Step 4

Garnish the sesame noodles with green onions, sesame seeds and chili oil. Serve the sesame noodles immediately, or chill them in the refrigerator for a few hours to serve cold.
