Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according package instructions.

Crispy chicken

Step 2
Slice the chicken.
Step 3
To one plate add the flour and seasoning. Mix until well combined. To another one add the egg and whisk. To the last one add the panko.
Step 4
First coat the chicken with flour. Then dip it in the egg and finally in the panko. Repeat with the other pieces.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high and add the chicken slices. Fry for about 2min until crispy and golden brown.

Sauce

Step 6
Add all the ingredients accept for the spring onion and oil to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Step 7
Slice the spring onion.
Step 8
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high. Add the spring onion and fry for about 2min until soften and slightly brown.
Step 9
Pure in the sauce. Let it thicken for about 30s.
Step 10
Add the chicken slices and mix well. Fry for another 1-1,5min.

Wrap

Step 11
Top the front center of the wrap with the rice and chicken.
Step 12
Sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Step 13
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 14
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
