Cut each fillet in 1/2 horizontally
Step 1
Add seasoning to both sides and fry each side for a few minutes in butter and oil. Remove to a plate, fry onions in leftover fat. Add stock and cream cheese and whisk to remove lumps. Add mustard then chicken back in. Serve and sprinkle with chives
