Instructions
Step 1

Dice the onions.
Step 2

Cut the carrots diagonally. Make sure that you cut them in the same size.
Step 3

Cut the leek diagonally, thicker than the carrots.
Step 4

Put the olive oil in a wide pan and heat the pan in medium heat.
Step 5
When it is heated, sautee the onions in the pan.
Step 6

While the onions are cooking, squeeze the oranges.
Step 7

Once the onions are golden brown, add the carrots and sautee them together until carrots are softened.
Step 8

Add the leeks to the pan to sautee until they are heated.
Step 9

Add the rice and orange juice to the pan and close the lid. Turn down the heat to low.
Step 10

The dish is ready when the leek is softened.
