1. Make the sauce: Place the ingredients for the sauce

in a small bowl and whisk to combine. You can also put

everything in a mason jar, seal the lid, and shake.

2. Thinly slice the beef across the grain into bite-sized

pieces, then put them in a gallon-sized zip-top bag along

with 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Allow to marinate for

30 minutes to I hour. Set the rest of the sauce in the

refrigerator for later.

3. In a large skillet over high heat, heat the oil until it's nice

and hot. Place the beef in the skillet in a single layer and

cook for about 1 minute on each side, then remove to a

4. Put the broccoli, garlic, and reserved sauce in the skillet and cook until the broccoli is nearly crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. When the broccoli is almost done cooking, stir in the green onions and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and cooked beef, toss, and serve.
