Instructions
Step 1
Dice the carrots, celery, and onion

Add all ingredients (except noodles) to a crock pot
Step 3
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
Step 4
45 minutes before serving, shred the chicken
Step 5
Add the noodles, cook for 45 minutes on high then serve
