Instructions
Step 1
peel 2 potatoes, then chop them into small chunks
Step 2
in a deep skillet, pour enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan
Step 3
once the oil is hot, scoop the potatoes into the pan to avoid splashing
Step 4
cook on medium high heat and don't touch them until they start browning
Step 5
once they begin browning, stir it up a little bit
Step 6
once they are brown cook them just a little bit longer
Step 7
scoop the potatoes onto a plate with a paper towel on it to absorb excess oil
Step 8
salt them and then serve
