i was gifted these boys by my roommate who got them from a friends farm in upstate ny

ngl they were kinda bitter raw but holy cow i cooked these were so tender and the texture was soft but had the right amount of give this recipe looks easy but it packs substance

these r perfect served w some rice and other banchan, itโll be a nice companion to a meaty/protein filled main
