We all know that pressure cooked meat not used in another dish usually doesn't make for a great presentation. However, you can combine the Instant Pot with your oven to make tender, moist, and flavorful ribs that can match or be better than a lot of restaurants.

Instructions
Step 1
Thaw ribs enough to encircle ribs into Instant Pot (IP) using the trivet. You want the meat staying on the bones. If your ribs are completely thawed, reduce time appropriately.
Step 2
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of Dan-o's seasoning on ribs prior to putting into the IP.
Step 3
Add ribs to IP with 1 cup of water. Put the lid on and latch.
Step 4
Select Pressure Cook and set timer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Quick release steam after timer finishes.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Step 7
On a foil covered baking sheet with a rack, place the ribs on the rack bone side up.
Step 8
Slather with BBQ sauce. Place in oven for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Remove sheet and turn ribs over meat side up. Slather with BBQ sauce. Place in oven for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Repeat Step 9 with the bones up.
Step 11
Repeat Step 9 with the meat side up.
Step 12
Remove sheet and turn off oven. Start broiler on High.
Step 13
Turn ribs over boneside up. Slather with BBQ and place in broiler for 2-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
Step 14
Remove sheet and turn ribs over meat side up. Place in broiler for 2-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
Step 15
Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
