Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C
Step 2
Mix together the eggs, Greek yogurt, melted butter, milk, lemon juice and lemon zest
Step 3
Stir in the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt
Step 4
Coat the blueberries with a little bit of flour before pouring them into the batter
Step 5
Spoon the batter into muffin liners
Step 6
Bake at 220°C for 5min then at 180°C for 20min
Step 7
Let them cool 10min before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
