3 tspbaking powder
½ cupvegetable oil
2eggs
½ cupwater
1 ½ cupblueberries

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C
Step 2
Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder
Step 3
Add oil, eggs and water and mix together
Step 4
Fold in blueberries
Step 5
Fill muffin tin
Step 6
In a small bowl mix together crumble ingredients
Step 7
Sprinkle on top of muffins then bake for 20 mins (approx)
