Step 1
I. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan/350°F/Gas 4).

2. Put the whole chicken breasts ari ble ovof feta into a large boking dish, then drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle ever the Cajun seasoning and rub into the chicken, then add the cherry tomatoes and boke in the oven for 20 minutes.

3. When there's 10 minutes of cooking time left, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the orzo until al dente. Drain, then rinse under cold water immediately.
Step 4
24. Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the baked felo and cherry tomatoes using a wooden spoon or fork. Shred the chicken breasts using two forks. Add the cooked orzo along with the spinach and basil, then mix until well combined. Season to taste before transferring to airtight containers. Store in the fridges for up to 4 days.
