Instructions
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package.
Step 2
In the meantime, prepare the veggies by dicing cucumbers and onions. Half grape tomatoes.
Step 3
Drain and rinse pasta with cold water and the add to a large bowl.
Step 4
Then, add in cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers and olives.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 6
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Step 7
I recommend only dressing and adding cheese to what will be enjoyed immediately. If you are prepping this for the week, I would recommend leaving the two off until they will be enjoyed!
