Instructions
Step 1
CCP--Wash & sanitize hands & prep area. Wear gloves & discard per Facility HACCP guidelines.
Step 2
CCP--Check condition of all cans prior to opening. Do not use if product is questionable.
Step 3
CCP--Thoroughly wash, rinse, drain & trim vegetables. Sanitize sink & use different sanitized cutting boards between prepping meats & vegetables.
Step 4
1. Melt margarine in large skillet. Saute drained mushrooms and diced red peppers, 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
2. Add soup base to skillet.
Step 6
3. Whisk water into creamy mushroom/pepper mixture.
Step 7
4. Add thawed turkey. Cook over low heat, until final cooking temperature is reached, about 15 minutes.
Step 8
CCP--Final cooking temperature >165*F held for 15 seconds.
Step 9
CCP: Maintain 135*F or above.
Step 10
5. Prepare biscuits per package directions.
Step 11
To serve, portion 6 oz spdl over open faced biscuits. Sprinkle each serving with parsley flakes.
Step 12
CCP—Cool—Product must reach 70*F or less within 2 hours and 41*F or below within 4 hours. Total cooling time should not exceed 6 hours. Separate into shallow pans as needed for proper cooling. Cover, label & date.
Step 13
CCP--Reheat (one time only) to >165* F. for 15 seconds within 2 hrs
