Instructions
Before the Class Starts
Step 1
Clean and slice the scallops
Step 2
Stem and mince the jalapenos
Step 3
Finely slice 4 Japanese or Persian cucumbers cut in 4ths lengthwise and then sliced

Squeeze the lemons to make lemon juice

Dethorn Cactus paddles (if needed)
