Instructions
Step 1

Heat a pan on medium heat then add the bacon pieces to a pan and fry for a few minutes

Step 2

Slice the ciabatta loaf in half then set aside

Step 3

Slice the tomatoes then Shred the lettuce rinse and dry it


Step 4

Once the bacon is crispy remove it from the pan then fry the ciabatta on both sides in the same pan until golden and crispy . You can add a drizzle of olive oil for extra crispiness

Step 5

Once the bread is done assemble the sandwich by adding a small layer of mayo the lettuce the bacon slices of tomato salt and pepper to taste then a little more mayo and add the top on . Slice in half and enjoy
