Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes
Step 2
Add frylite to a heated pan and add the chicken along with the Italian herbs and allow to cook fully.
Step 3
While the chicken is cooking, bring salted water to the boil in another pot and then add the pasta to cook.
Step 4
Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces.
Step 5
Add a drop of the pasta water to the chicken and then add the tomatoes to the pan and allow to cook together.
Step 6
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and then add it to the cooked chicken mixture. Add the pesto and mix well.
Step 7
Finally, add the rocket and mozzarella and mix everything together until well combined.
