Step 1
Chop chicken into cubes.
Step 2
Add frylite to a pan over medium heat and then add the chicken, BBQ seasoning and BBQ sauce and mix well. Allow the chicken to cook through
Step 3
Once chicken is cooked, add the chopped peppers and a little more BBQ sauce. Allow the peppers to soften.
Step 4
While this is cooking, add the tomato puree to the flatbread and then top with rocket, tomatoes, and the cooked chicken and peppers mixture. Add some mozzarella on top and sprinkle over chili flakes and some herbs.
Step 5
Place under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
