Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cook rice. Mix soy, sugar, ginger and garlic together to create the teriyaki sauce.
Step 2
Thaw the salmon (if frozen), then brush with some of the teriyaki and roast at 425F for 16 minutes.
Step 3
Steam broccoli in pan; remove from pan and pour in teriyaki and heat until simmering, then add in slurry to thicken to a glaze.
Step 4
Add half to rice to a bowl, add a salmon filet and half of the broccoli, pour over half of the glaze. Serve and enjoy!
