Ground Turkey
2 lbsground turkey
2 TblsChili powder
1 Tblsgarlic powder
1 TblsOnion powder
2 tspsalt
2 TspsPepper
2 tspscumin
Toppings
1 cupLettuce
Shredded, or Spinach
8 ozTomatoes
8 ozShredded Mexican cheese
or Cotijo
1avocado
1onion
cooked, sliced
8 ozsour cream
2sweet peppers
sliced, cooked
Cilantro Lime Rice
Black Bean Soup
2 cansBlack Bean Soup
small
2 tspsBarbacoa
or Mexican Spice Mix
Instructions
Turkey
Step 1
In a medium pot, brown turkey and add all spices while it cooks.
Step 2
In medium pot, bring water and rice to boil. Stir well. Follow rice instructions for time. Keep covered. Do not stir while cooking.
Rice
Step 3
When done, add Lime zest, juice, and cilantro. Stir and let set.
Black Beans
Step 4
Warm Bean soup and add seasoning.
