Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt butter, add celery and onion.
Step 2
Cook until vegetables are tender, 5-8 minutes.
Step 3
Crockpot- transfer cooked veggies to a crockpot with everything except evaporated milk.
Step 4
Stovetop- add all ingredients except evaporated milk.
Step 5
Crockpot - cook 6-8 hours, blend till smooth. Add cream, bring to temperature and serve.
Step 6
Stovetop- turn down heat and simmer for an hour. Blend with an immersion blended. Add evaporated milk and bring to temperature
