Cook Pasta. Heat saute pan. Add oil and butter. Add thinly sliced shallots and onions. Add salt and pepper. Cook til caramelized. Add garlic chili crisp. Add soy sauce. Add parsley. Add coconut milk/cream. Add pasta. Toss to coat in sauce. Top with more garlic chili crisp. Enjoy!
