Instructions
Step 1
NOTE: Can Use 1 tbsp of each or Try Meridian Cocoa PB or Meridian Maple PB
Step 2

Add all dry ingredients together (chopped nuts, spices to taste, salt etc)
Step 3

Wash any dried fruit and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Leave out the raisins and sultanas along with coconut flakes until next steps.
Step 4

Mix together with oats (feel free to roast oats in oven for 5-8mins turning regularly).
Step 5
Combine with 'glue'. Ideally leave out raisins and sultanas as these will burn in the oven. Add these in 5 mins before granola is cooked. NB: If using egg whites method, whisk into SOFT peaks until they are runny and foamy and leave aside. Add in some form of Syrup to help combine egg white into mixture but optional. (Rice malt syrup is Low sugar and easy to digest.)
Step 6

Place on baking tray evenly spread out and bake for 8-10 mins at 180°
Step 7

Leave to cool before placing in glass jar (with coconut chips) for up to 1 month.
