Instructions
Step 1
The ham is cooked separately from the leeks.
Step 2
The leeks are blanched in boiling water.
Step 3
The water is poured off the leeks & they are placed in the pot with the cooked ham and its juices.
Step 4
Baked beans, mashed potatoes, fresh leeks, bread, butter, buttered carrots, and desert are served.
