Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken breast and cut into thin cutlets.
Step 2
Season with listed spices on both sides. Set aside
Step 3
Take Japanese panko and season with all spices.
Step 4
Crack 1-2 eggs on a plate and scramble.
Step 5
Take chicken and place in egg and then in panko. Pay panko into the chicken and cover both sides.
Step 6
Cook in avocado oil until brown on each side.
