Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion and butter
Step 2
Add almond flour and cook a little longer until it's browning
Step 3
Add salsa verde and cream cheese and chicken broth and cook until it thickens
Step 4
Once it is thickened add cooked chicken breasts cubed or shredded, cilantro and 1/2 of the cheese with pieces of one tortilla
Step 5
Once combined add to a baking dish and top with pieces of tortilla and rest of cheese
Step 6
Put in oven that is preheated to 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until. Cheese is melted and getting some color
Step 7
Top with cilantro and tortilla on the side and serve!
