Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Press the bacon into a muffin tray and bake for 10 mins until lightly golden.
Step 3
Crack one egg into each muffin hole (can also add veggies like capsicum, onion etc) and bake for 10 mins until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Step 4
Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another minute until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Remove the egg cups from the tray using a knife to loosen the edges. Garnish with chives and season with salt & pepper.
