Instructions
Step 1
Slice the peppers in the middle with a knife then remove the seeds carefully with a spoon or knife
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and season with salt and black pepper ( depending on how salty your cheese is ) you can add mixed cheese also like some cheddar for extra flavor . Mix the ingredients together
Step 3
Fill each pepper with the mixture then bake on a lined baking sheet at 200 c fan setting 400 f for about 12 minutes
