Ingredients

28 ouncediced tomatoes with juice
can
1 poundskinless boneless chicken breast halves
cut into 1 inch cubes
1 poundandouille sausage
sliced
1onion
large, chopped
1green bell pepper
large, chopped
1 cupcelery
chopped
1 cupchicken broth
2 teaspoonsdried oregano
2 teaspoonsdried parsley
2 teaspoonscajun seasoning
1 teaspooncayenne pepper
½ teaspoondried thyme
1 poundfrozen cooked shrimp
without tails
Instructions
Step 1
Gather the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix tomatoes with juice, chicken, sausage, onion, green bell pepper, celery, and broth in a slow cooker.
Step 3
Season with oregano, parsley, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, and thyme.
Step 4
Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours, or on High for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in shrimp during the last 30 minutes of cook time.
Step 5
Serve over rice.
