Cheesy Hamburger Stew with Rice

Ingredients

1 poundground beef
1green bell pepper
medium, chopped
0.5onion
large, chopped
2cloves garlic
minced
10.75 ouncecan condensed tomato soup
14.5 ouncecan diced tomatoes
1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cupwater
2 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 teaspoongarlic salt
½ teaspoonchili powder
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
2 cupswhite rice
cooked, warmed
3 earscorn
pinned wheeled
2carrots
sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir hamburger, bell pepper, and onion in the hot skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Drain and discard grease.
Step 2
Add condensed soup, vegetables, Cheddar cheese, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic salt, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are hot and cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve stew over white brown rice.
