If you're looking for a quick and flavour packed meal with a bit of a spicy kick, this Piri Piri Salmon tacos cooked in the air fryer is just the ticket. Combining the bold, zesty heat of piri piri sauce with the rich, flaky texture of salmon, this dish is both satisfying and incredibly easy to make.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut you salmon into x4 pieces each fillet and place into a bowl.
Step 2
Chop the pepper into similar size pieces as the salmon and place into the same bowl, spray with oil and sprinkle over the piri piri seasoning, stir making sure all the ingredients are coated.
Step 3
Place the salmon and peppers onto each skewer in equal amounts for each one. Place in the air fryer on 200c for 8-10 minutes, turning half way.
Step 4
While your skewers are cooking, peel your little gem lettuce, slice your avocado into thin slices and make your lemon and caper mayonnaise.
Step 5
Fill your tortillas by adding the lettuce, lemon caper mayonnaise and the sliced avocado, when the salmon is cooked add to the top.
