Oven Baked Salmon and Peppers

This is a super easy one pan go-to meal that everyone loves! It's tangy and warm giving a fresh yet comforting flavor to the dish. You can use any spice blend you like if you don't have Ras El Hanout (for example, 7 spices or Garam Masala go great with this).

2.5 lbssalmon filet
skinless, preferably

2 Tbspolive oil

2 tspsalt

2 tsppepper

2 tspcumin

2 tsppaprika

2 tspras el hanout

2 tspcitric acid
Topping:
Instructions
Step 1
Use a large baking sheet pan and place salmon on top.

Step 2
Layer olive oil and all the spices on both sides of the salmon.

Step 3
Mix all the topping ingredients together and place them all over the salmon to fully cover it.

Step 4
Slice a lemon and place it on top of the veggies and salmon.


Step 5
In a preheated oven at 385°F, place the salmon and bake for 45 minutes.


Step 6
Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
