Ingredients

1 lbsmoked sausage
coined
2 lbsrusset potatoes
diced in 1/2 pieces, I used red skin potatoes
1onion
diced
1bell pepper
diced
1 Tbsminced garlic
2 TBSCajun seasoning
or creole, 1 TSP if you don't like spicy
1 Tbsonion powder
1 Tbsherbes de provence
or italian seasoning
¼ cupchicken broth
or seafood
1 TBSliquid shrimp & crab boil concentrate Garlic & Onion flavor
1 lbshrimp
uncooked
Instructions
Step 1
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
Add the sausage
Pour in the potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, onion powder, and Herbes de Provence evenly on top.
Mix the liquid shrimp and crab boil with the chicken or seafood broth
Pour the mixture into the slow cooker
Cover the cooker with the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 hrs or on LOW for 6 hrs
Add in the shrimp and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes or until the shrimp are completely cooked.
Garnish with fresh green onions.
