Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Prepare chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a strainer and rinse well. Dry chickpeas on clean towel. Once dry, place them in a bowl and toss with avacado oil. Pour them onto a greased baking stone or sheet
Step 3
Roast chickpeas in oven for 45 minutes. (Stir chickpeas halfway through cooking)
Step 4
Remove from oven and mix chickpeas in bowl with maple syrup and cinnamon.
Step 5
Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes
