Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix maple syrup, nut butter, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and salt. Add in the rolled oats, hazelnuts and other nuts/seeds of your choice.
Step 2
Spread out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake at 160°C for 15-18 minutes. Crumble and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and let it cool. It will get completely crunchy, when it’s cool.
Step 5
When cooled down, add as much chocolate as you like.
Step 6
Store in an air-tight container for 1-2 weeks.
