Instructions
Step 1
Choose a type of potato well suited to fries, if possible. Any one will do, though. Clean the potatoes. Peeling is not necessary.
Step 2
Cut into fries and boil in salted water for 10 - 15 minutes. When done, spread them out over a clean towel and let as much water as possible evaporate.

Step 3
Preheat oven to 180°C ~ 200°C. Use frozen foods mode if you have one, or hot air and finish with grill.

Step 4
Put fries in a bowl with salt and oil. Make sure to only use 1 tbsp of oil per 400 grams of potato. Too much will prevent them from getting crisp proper, although they will still taste great.

Step 5
Spread out the fries over a baking grill with lining. Bake for 15 ~ 30 minutes. Make sure they are spread out and not stacked. Bake in multiple batches if necessary.

Step 6
Enjoy!
