Step 1
Mix together the butter with the sugars

Add the egg

Stir in the flour and baking powder

Divide the dough in two and add some red food coloring in one of them

Refrigerate the doughs for 1 hour

Preheat oven at 175°C
Step 7
Roll out the doughs and cut the cookies using round cookie cutter then cut the center with a cookie cutter of you choice

Switch the white center and the red center
Step 9
Transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Step 10
Bake at 175°C for 8 to 12 minutes
