Instructions

Step 1
1. In med saucepan, heat broth, butter and spices, except Parsley. In large skillet on med low, add oil and pasta, cook til pasta is brown, about 4-6 minutes. Add rice, cook until rice is bright white, about 5-7 minutes. Pour warm brother over rice and stir. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove cover and add parsley, cook additional 5-7 minutes, or until broth is absorbed.
