Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, vinegar and honey.
Step 2
Whisk the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and well-blended.
Step 3
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more sriracha for heat, honey for sweetness or vinegar (could also use lemon or lime) for more acidity/tang.
Step 4
Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
