Instructions
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling water until al dente.
Step 2
In a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
Step 3
Add in carrot and zucchini, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in passata and add in spices, lowering the heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened.
Step 5
Add cooked spaghetti into the pan and toss until fully coated.
Step 6
Serve with grated Parmesan and chilli flakes, if desired.
