I make this twice a week every week it’s that good. Creamy garlicky yogurt with eggs and toasted tortilla drizzled in a spicy brown butter and sprinkled with herby dill is an absolute favorite for breakfast lunch or dinner

Step 1
Add yogurt garlic lemon juice 2 tbsp dill olive oil salt and pepper to a bowl then mix and set aside
greek yogurt4 Tbsp
Step 2
Add eggs to a pan with salt and pepper and cook to your liking
Step 3
Chop the tortilla into pieces and toast on a pan until golden
Step 4
Add butter to a pan with cumin seeds and red pepper flakes and fry until slightly browned then plate up the yogurt tortilla eggs and drizzle the spicy butter all over and top with more fresh dill
