1 tspchilli powder
½ tspturmeric
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspcumin powder
3 Tbspchickpea flour

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the mince with finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Squeeze out excess moisture from this mixture using a muslin cloth.
Step 2
Add chickpea flour, egg, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli flakes, turmeric, salt, and mix well for 12-15 minutes.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into balls and freeze or fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
Step 4
In a separate pot, heat oil and cook the ground onion paste until translucent.
Step 5
Add crushed ginger and garlic, followed by the tomato paste. Cook until the mixture is fragrant and the water dries up.
Step 6
Add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, and cook until the oil separates.
Step 7
Mix in the yogurt and add the fried koftas. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Step 8
Add water, cover, and continue cooking until the desired gravy consistency is reached.
Step 9
Finish by adding garam masala, chopped coriander, and green chillies.
Step 10
Serve hot with rice or naan. Enjoy your kofta curry!
