Instructions
Step 1

Roll the mince out flat on a chopping board. Season with garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Step 2

Roll the mince out into balls, 2 per burger.
Step 3
Butter both sides of the buns and fry in a hot pan until browning and crispy. Once done put to the side.
Step 4

Add a little oil to a medium high heated pan and add each burger ball. Flatten each burger with a spatula and cook on both sides for approximately 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, Chop the onions, mushrooms and peppers and toss in another frying pan with some butter. Add some crushed garlic and cook until soft.
Step 6

Once burgers are almost done, add a cheese single to the top of each burger and allow to melt
Step 7

Spread the cheese spread onto the burger buns then assemble with two burgers and the onion/pepper/mushroom mix. Then top with 2 tortilla chips.
Step 8

Serve with side salad or potato wedges
