Instructions
Step 1
Add the milk to a large pot and cook on medium heat until it boils then cook for 15 seconds

Step 2
Add the juice of 2 and a half lemons then cook 30 more seconds then give it a gentle stir and you will see the curds separate
Step 3
Strain this into a muslin cloth and a strainer over a large bowl. Let some of the the whey drip out and then tie the muslin cloth together in a knot and tie to your sink or cupboard and let it hang for about 2 hours or until the whey has separated and it’s firmed up ( you can use the whey to bake bread or in pancakes or cake recipes )
Step 4
Once firm store the paneer in a sterilized container and keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days
