Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together the salsa verde, salsa, yogurt and garlic powder.
Step 3
Reserve 1 cup of salsa mixture.
Step 4
Add the chicken and half of the cheese to the non-reserved salsa mixture.
Step 5
Spray a 13 x 9 inch dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add a couple of tablespoons of the reserved salsa mixture to the bottom of the dish.
Step 6
Add a heaping 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture to the center of a tortilla. Roll up and place in the baking dish seam side down. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
Step 7
Pour the reserved salsa mixture and the remaining cheese to the top of the tortillas.
Step 8
Place in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
