Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in small pot
Step 2
Increase to med-high heat and add onions and peppers
Step 3
Once onions are getting translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant
Step 4
Add all remaining ingredients (except cream) and cooked onion mixture into blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Add cream to taste and blend in.
Step 6
Eat now or whenever. Doubt it will last more a week in refrigerator
