1 cupall purpose flour

1 teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonblack pepper

½ teaspoongarlic powder

½ teaspoononion powder

2eggs

2 tablespoonswater

2 cupspanko breadcrumbs

Honey Garlic Sauce
For the

½ cuphoney

4cloves garlic
minced

1 tablespoonsoy sauce

1 teaspoonginger
grated

½ cupwater

1 tablespooncornstarch
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness or slice them horizontally to create thinner cutlets. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2
Set up breading station: Place flour seasoned with salt and pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Step 3
Bread the chicken: Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure a good coat.
Step 4
Fry the chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Step 5
Make the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger. Bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Serve: Drizzle honey garlic sauce
