Instructions
Step 1
Season paneer with salt and pepper. Then in a hot pan sear paneer on each side about 1 min until a golden color. Then transfer on a plate when done
Step 2
Deglaze the pan with the wine then add the onions, chili flakes, ginger, and capers and cook for 2 min.
Step 3
Add lemon juice fresh cilantro and butter. Drizzle the mixture on top of paneer and enjoy.
