Step 1
In a bowl, add feta, grated mozzarella, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Mix everything together.

In a food processor, blitz flour with Greek yoghurt for 20 seconds or until your form a dough.

Step 3
Cut your dough into 4 pieces then flatten each piece to form a disk.
Step 4
Add one tablespoon of the caprese filling at the centre of your dough disk then bring in all the corners of the dough into the centre and seal your flatbread.
Step 5
Cook your flatbreads in a pan over medium high heat for about 4-5 mins each side.
